Stage 1

Applied

Once you've submitted your application, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will review it. 
Stage 2

Behavioral Test

If your skills and experience match our requirements, we’ll ask you to complete a personality assessment to learn about your behavioural tendencies.
Stage 3

Recruiter Call

You'll receive a call from a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss the role in more detail and help guide you through the interview process. This stage is generally to provide a bit of background about Somerset Bridge Group and to learn more about you!


Stage 4

Initial Chat

This is a meeting with the hiring manager via Microsoft Teams. It is an opportunity for you to ask more questions about the position and to provide more information on your skills and experience. This is an important stage in determining whether the role is the right fit for you. The meeting is normally between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Stage 5

Competency-based Interview

All of our teams use competency-based interviews to ensure a fair and consistent hiring process for all candidates. We suggest using the STAR method to structure your answers: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Share a specific situation with relevant background details, describe your task or responsibility, explain the actions you took, and highlight the results of your actions.
There will also be a section focused on role-specific or technical questions designed to highlight your skills relevant to the position.
